Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I especially appreciated having full control over the air conditioner after a long flight. The service was beyond amazing, with the staff going out of their way to help me, including a follow-up phone call about a potential item I left behind. While the location was convenient for my appointment the next day, it could be noisy at times. The dining experience was excellent, especially with room service, and the facilities met my expectations.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless and had a small balcony with a lovely view, making them very comfortable. However, my room was not ready on time, which was a bit disappointing.
The hotel had all essential items and a very comfy bed, but it was extremely loud and smelled of cigarette smoke, leaving all our clothes with the same smell. The location was perfect for visiting our daughter in Sydney, although the room felt a bit squeezed. The service was excellent with accommodating staff and a cozy atmosphere. Dining was adequate but slightly overpriced.
The hotel is conveniently located at the door into the CBD and railway square, making it a wonderful option for exploring Sydney. The rooms are well-equipped and modern, although some noise issues early in the morning can be bothersome. The service is attentive and accommodating, with lovely gestures to make guests feel welcome. The location is peaceful yet close to transport, offering a great balance for a Sydney stay. The dining options are decent, with nearby spots to explore. Overall, a valuable choice for your visit.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The room was larger and better than expected, but unfortunately, it completely smelled of smoke, making it uncomfortable to breathe at night. However, the balcony overlooking Glebe Point Road with its vibrant offerings was a nice touch.
Waiting an hour for my room before a charity event was a bit of a hassle, but once settled, the small room was perfect for a solo traveler. It was comfy and conveniently close to shops and transport, although lacking storage space made unpacking tricky.
